All Our Colours Combined’ celebrates the joyous sharing that can occur when two people from different cultures and backgrounds join forces. The dining table is a place in our household where typical ‘Aussie’ tucker and Indian Khaana meet. Along with food, exposure to different ideas
about culture, art, community and the environment enrich us both. By incorporating artistic motifs that reference both western and Indian art on items used for eating meals, the installation plays tribute to this growth. Visual art by Ana Hanson.
